Your consent to sign and receive documents electronically under the federal E-SIGN Act.
1. Consent
By clicking to sign a document through DMV.AI, you agree to use an electronic signature and to receive records electronically, and you agree your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one, under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and applicable state law (such as the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and New York's Electronic Signatures and Records Act).
2. Paper copies and withdrawal
You may request a paper copy of a signed record, or withdraw consent before signing, by contacting the dealer that sent you the link or emailing dealers@dmv.ai. Withdrawing consent does not affect documents already signed.
3. Hardware and software
You need a current web browser, internet access, and a device that can view and download PDF files.
4. Identity and acceptance
You confirm you are the person named as the signer. Some government offices or forms may require ink signatures or official paper; in that case the dealer will arrange a wet signature.
