How billing, cancellation and refunds work for DMV.AI plans and per-deal fees.
Subscriptions
Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing portal on your Plan page; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not give refunds or credits for partial months, except where required by law.
Per-deal fees
Service fees are earned when a deal is submitted for processing. If we cancel a deal before it is sent to a Partner Bureau, we will refund the DMV.AI service fee. Government fees and taxes paid on your behalf are non-refundable by us.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, email dealers@dmv.ai within 30 days of the charge.
